About Our CEO
Redtwaun Hill, President and CEO of 1B8M Solutions, drives the company’s vision, strategy, and operations from its Houston, Texas headquarters. A U.S. Army veteran who began his career as a tank crewman with the 2nd Infantry Division, Redtwaun later earned certifications in Heavy Equipment Operation and HVAC Mechanics. Before founding 1B8M Solutions in 2021, he managed federal construction projects across Texas, combining his military dedication with expertise in government services contracting to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service.

I am privileged to serve as the sole mentee of Walter Cotton III—a distinguished GovCon strategist with more than three decades of experience.
